Kevin Weyman assumed the role as Executive Chef of Valley Country Club in June 2021. He has played an intricate role in our kitchen since he joined the Valley family in 2014. With 45 years of experience in all facets of food service, his culinary knowledge derives from his training in the US Naval Service, his experiences as chef at Offshore Catering in Louisiana, Sous Chef at Capriccios in Providence, and Executive Chef at the Aurora Club, to name a few. Chef Kevin is dedicated to providing consistency with both new and traditional menu items and his creative culinary talents are second to none!
