Valley Country Club Response to the Current COVID-19 Situation

Dear Clients and Patrons of Valley Country Club,

I would like to take this opportunity to address all of our valued members and guests the steps we are taking in light of the situation surrounding COVID-19. We want all of our guess to feel safe and comfortable while enjoying your time at the Club. The safety and well being of our members, guests, and employees is always our top priority. We understand that the rapidly evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) can be unnerving, with new information coming to light daily, and even hourly. We are closely monitoring these real-time developments and looking to experts such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Department of Health for guidance. As a result, we have taken several actions to ensure we are keeping your well-being front and center. You have my personal commitment that we are doing our utmost to protect you and the Valley team serving you.

WHAT WE'RE DOING: We have taken a number of steps to serve you better during this time: Our kitchen, restrooms, dining rooms, and all areas of the clubhouse are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in accordance with the CDC All seating areas (chairs, etc.) are sanitized after each use We have, and are adding more, hand sanitizer in our kitchen and restrooms. We are requiring all employees who are feeling ill to stay home

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care. Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Please stay alert to any and all announcements that come from our State and Local governments. We all appreciate your continued patronage more than ever at such an uncertain time in our world. If there is anything we can do to further ensure your sense of safety and security during your time at VCC, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Respectfully,

Melodi Caruso
