Welcome to Valley Country Club and thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide for your upcoming event. This guide is provided to assist you in planning your event and we hope that you will find the menus enclosed satisfactory for your use. If not, our banquet planning staff will gladly work with you to custom design a menu specifically for your event.
The following policies apply to all functions at Valley Country Club. Please read them carefully. Our Manager and/or Social Secretary will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
1. All non-member functions require a non-refundable deposit of $500 within seven days in order to guarantee a booking. Deposits paid will be deducted from the final bill. The Club’s Social Secretary will advise you if your function requires a deposit.
2. In the case of non-member functions, the Club must receive full payment in cash or certified check at least 72 hours in advance of the function. No function will take place unless such payment has been arranged and/or received.
3. Unless otherwise arranged, a signed Function Specification Sheet must be received by the Club at least 5 working day’s prior to your function. Menus are required two weeks in advance of your function.
4. A guaranteed number to be served must be given at least 4 working days in advance. If the
Club receives no guaranteed number the last highest estimate will become the guaranteed count.
5. Billing will be for the guaranteed number. The Club will be prepared to set for and serve no more than 5% above the guaranteed number.
6. A Service Charge of 18% will be added to all charges.

8. Functions are required to have a set menu with a pre-selected entree. Additional entree choices may be selected but there will be a surcharge of $2.00 per person for each additional entree selected. (For example: If you select two entrees there will be a $2.00 per person surcharge. If you select three entrees there will be a $4.00 per person surcharge, etc.). When more than one entrée is selected, you will be required to guarantee the number of each entrée and provide a means of identifying which guests get which entrée.

10. All food and beverage items prepared by the Club and not consumed remain the property of the Club and may not be taken after a function.
11. While every attempt will be made to insure that the price for food and beverage items remains constant, the volatility of markets makes it impossible to guarantee pricing beyond 30 days.
